About Me

Paul Lovato has been a counselor for over 25 years in the field of addictions and therapy. I offer an eclectic approach to counseling using various styles. I am proficient at individual, group, family and marriage counseling, and I put on workshops on specific issues.

My own experience in recovery from both addictions and trauma has given me a unique opportunity to get a comprehensive view on recovery. I have over 31 years of sobriety and have had two of the best mentors in the fields of addiction and trauma that I have come across in the therapeutic community.
